  • How do I know your products are safe to use?
    We are serious and intentional about maintaining consumer safety. All products found on our online store have been approved for use in the UAE by the Dubai Municipality which analyzes ingredients and concentrations for known harmful or skin irritating effects. This is in addition to product conformity within South Korea's strict guidelines. Furthermore, product quality is maintained by adherence to ISO (International Standards Organization) 22716:2007 GMP(Good Manufacturing Practices) which gives guidelines for the production, control, storage and shipment of cosmetic products.
  • How long will a product remain out of stock?
    OOS conditions, while inconvenient, are unfortunately sometimes unavoidable. For most items, restocking should occur within days.
  • I never received my order, what do I do now?
